The Deluxe Group is a select few small companies owned by Art Mallet of Mechanicville NY. From a beginning in the electronic service (1970) and commercial arcade game repair businesses (1995), we have grown to encompass on line sales of home arcade items, industrial surplus, high end microprocessor based test equipment, and robotic items. Another branch deals with specialty item assembly and the equipment to do this. We can supply many of your company's needs in the marker and tubular container filling fields, and are ramping up to provide order fulfillment for small to mid-size mail order and on line sales operations. This is the birthplace of the NailDabber in our company's repertoire. It is always a difficult thing to write a brochure for your own company; the line between legitimate image building and bragging is a fine one. As the lead servicer for the Lechmere Department Store in Albany NY, we serviced over 5000 consumer electronic products yearly. We did an enormous volume of service work for Sony Corporation of America, perhaps the most customer service oriented manufacturer of consumer electronics. We were awarded their Servicer of Excellence award for 1995/1996/1997; this award was based on Sony's own survey of each of our Sony warranty customers satisfaction level.
